Dr Patryk Gutierrez

Holds a doctorate in law and is a mediator at the Mediation Centre of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław. Author of numerous academic publications and a speaker at international and foreign academic conferences.

He completed his law studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. He has developed his professional qualifications in Poland and in Spain.

He cooperates with advocates and legal advisers from Poland, and with lawyers from Spain and countries in Latin America – in particular Colombia and Peru.

Legal services are provided in Polish, English and Spanish.

Experience in the field of immigration law

He gained experience in immigration law during a placement in a law firm in Spain. He also provided pro bono legal assistance to foreign students and doctoral candidates at the University of Wrocław.

Subsequently, he developed his practical experience working as a regional inspector for foreign nationals, where he conducted administrative proceedings in the field of legalisation of residence and employment of foreign nationals in Poland. He also provided services for the Border Guard in matters relating to obliging foreign nationals to return.
